UI/UX Conversion Engineer (Development Skills)
About the Role:
We’re looking for a UI/UX Superhero – someone who can turn underperforming pages into conversion machines without sacrificing beauty or brand. Your mission: optimize our websites to drive sign-ups.
Responsibilities:
- Implement UI/UX best practices to boost user retention, engagement, and conversion.
- Collaborate closely with the creative marketing team.
- Stay ahead of marketing design trends and conduct thorough competitor research.
- Rewire the visitor path created by those new Reels: limited preview → Conversion to Membership → Membership to upsell.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in UI/UX.
- Proficiency in Figma, JS/React (or comparable), GA4 + Looker, ruthless CRO discipline.
- Have experience working with dev teams.
- Confidence in using AI tools to enhance workflows and content generation.
Core Technologies:
- PHP
- JavaScript with VueJS or ReactJS
- MySQL
- Tailwind CSS
- Laravel Experience would be a plus
- Some basic server Management experience
- Strong understanding of how to build local environments with docker/vagrant environments.
Performance & Infrastructure:
- Redis (caching and session management).
- JSON API development and integration.
- High-performance application architecture and optimization.
Development & Project Management:
- Git (version control and collaborative development).
- Requirements gathering, user story creation, and project breakdown with clear presentation of deliverables to ensure alignment between technical solutions and business needs.
- Scrum framework understanding.
