The Role:

We are seeking a QA Manager to lead our Automation & Reliability team. In this role, you’ll shape the overall QA strategy, drive automation initiatives, and lead a team of engineers who are passionate about delivering flawless software. You will work closely with development, product, and operations teams to ensure high-quality releases that scale across global deployments.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor a team of QA Engineers focused on automation and reliability.
• Define and execute the QA strategy, with emphasis on test automation and continuous quality.
• Own QA processes — from test planning and execution to defect management and reporting.
• Build and maintain automated test frameworks for UI, API, and system-level testing.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate QA into CI/CD pipelines.
• Ensure test environments are reliable, scalable, and production-like.
• Champion best practices for quality engineering and continuous improvement.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a QA Manager, Lead, or Senior QA Engineer with leadership responsibilities (7+ years of software quality or quality engineering experience with at least 2 years in people management leading teams of similar size).
• Strong background in test automation frameworks and tools (e.g., Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, JUnit, TestNG).
• Experience with CI/CD integration and automated pipelines.
• Solid understanding of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
• Strong people management and coaching skills.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and communication skills.

Nice to Have:

• Experience in performance testing and reliability engineering.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms and containerized environments (Kubernetes, Docker).
• Knowledge of SRE practices and monitoring tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK).
