IT Project Manager SAP
On behalf of Our Client, Scalors GmbH is looking for an IT Project Manager SAP to join the Client’s team.
About Client:
The client is the holding company of the Germany’s market-leading wholesaler for building technology. As a central and service provider, the clients company supplies around 150 medium-sized companies and over 24,000 employees at 1,600 locations worldwide with IT systems and takes care of applications, servers and infrastructure develop and support applications, servers and infrastructure components.
Responsibilities:
- Lead functional and deployment projects within the framework of our international S/4 HANA program.
- Take full project responsibility, including time, cost, and quality control.
- Manage and coordinate interdisciplinary project teams.
- Identify project stakeholders and ensure effective, goal-oriented communication.
- Monitor project progress using defined KPIs and provide regular reports to management.
- Make informed decisions on necessary actions and escalate issues when appropriate.
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans in alignment with all involved organizational units.
Requirements:
- Completed commercial vocational training or a degree in business administration,economics, or computer science.
- Proven experience in managing SAP projects of varying complexity, ideally with a sound knowledge of project management methodologies.
- Passion for IT and a structured, results-driven approach to achieving goals.
- Strong leadership skills,assertiveness, and perseverance.
- Good communication and conflict resolution skills, both in German and English.
- Strong interest in understanding operational processes and enhancing them through innovative IT solutions.
