IT PROJECT MANAGER SAP(f/m/d)

On behalf of Our Client, Scalors GmbH is looking for IT Project Manager SAP(f/m/d) to join the Client’s team in Poznan.

As a central and service provider, the client company supplies around 150 medium-sized companies and over 24,000 employees at 1,600 locations worldwide with IT systems and takes care of applications, servers, and infrastructure development and support applications, servers, and infrastructure components.

YOUR ROLE

• Lead functional and deployment projects within the framework of our international S/4 HANA program
• Take full project responsibility, including time, cost, and quality control
• Manage and coordinate interdisciplinary project teams
• Identify project stakeholders and ensure effective, goal-oriented communication
• Monitor project progress using defined KPIs and provide regular reports to management
• Make informed decisions on necessary actions and escalate issues when appropriate
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans in alignment with all involved organizational units
  YOUR PROFILE
• Completed commercial vocational training or a degree in business administration,economics, or computer science
• Proven experience in managing SAP projects of varying complexity, ideally with a sound knowledge of project management methodologies
• Passion for IT and a structured, results-driven approach to achieving goals
• Strong leadership skills,assertiveness, and perseverance
• Good communication and conflict resolution skills, both in German and English
• Strong interest in understanding operational processes and enhancing them through innovative IT solutions
