Quality Assurance Engineer — Automation & Reliability
On behalf of our Client, Scalors is looking for a Quality Assurance Engineer to join a full-remote team for a full-time position.

Our Client delivers cutting-edge software solutions for the cruise and hospitality industries, driving efficiency and reliability across mission-critical systems. Our Infrastructure & Edge Operations team ensures that our global platforms run smoothly, securely, and at scale.
The Role:
We’re looking for a Quality Assurance Engineer to join our Automation & Reliability team. You’ll design and execute automated tests, improve QA processes, and collaborate closely with developers and product teams to ensure our solutions meet the highest standards of quality and performance.
Responsibilities:
• Develop, maintain, and execute automated tests for web, API, and system-level features.
• Contribute to the design of scalable test frameworks and environments.
• Perform functional, regression, and integration testing.
• Collaborate with developers to identify and resolve defects early in the lifecycle.
• Support CI/CD pipelines with automated test integration.
• Document test cases, results, and quality metrics.
• Advocate for best practices in testing, reliability, and continuous improvement.
Requirements:
• Hands-on experience as a QA Engineer or Software Tester.
• Strong knowledge of test automation tools and frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, JUnit, TestNG).
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and version control (Git, GitLab, Jenkins, etc.).
• Solid understanding of QA methodologies, defect tracking, and test management tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
Nice to Have:
• Exposure to performance, load, or reliability testing.
• Experience with cloud environments and containerized systems (Kubernetes, Docker).
• Familiarity with monitoring and logging tools (Grafana, Prometheus, ELK).
